Our top quality, centrally heated and double glazed 28' x 12' Willerby Westmorland is situated on a quiet park in attractive surroundings.

The holiday home consists of: Fully fitted kitchen with full size gas cooker, fridge and microwave, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils Comfortably furnished lounge with TV and DVD player One double bedroom. One twin bedded room and comfortable pull-out bed in lounge for extra person Duvets, blankets, pillows, linen and tea towels provided Shower/toilet/washbasin room is also en-suite from the double bedroom Secluded patio with table and chairs Car parking alongside

Our holiday home is cleaned and serviced carefully before your arrival. To allow enough time for this to be done efficiently we ask you to arrive after 2 pm on your first day and leave before 10.30 am on your last day, please.

• This is strictly a '‘no smoking' caravan and we ask you kindly to observe this.
• The number of people occupying the caravan must never exceed five including children.
• We regret that pets are not allowed.
