2009 season – Recently upgraded fully serviced pitches for Seasonal Touring Caravans.

Open from 1 April to 31 October 2009.

Each pitch is individually serviced by:

• 10 amp electric hook-up
• TV aerial and Satellite connections
• internet access via Wi-Fi (bring your own laptop)
• own light
• water hook-up
• waste water disposal drain.

About the Pitches and Park

The pitches are on terraces in picturesque surroundings at this caravan park near Harlech in Snowdonia. There is parking space for one car with each pitch, and a separate parking area for extra cars.

The pitches are generously sized for caravans and awnings, and awnings may be left in place all season.

Barcdy is a quiet family park with a no dogs policy. Facilities include:

• quality shower and toilet facilities
• laundrette and washing up sinks
• chemical toilet emptying point

Booking a Seasonal Pitch

We will only agree to let our seasonal pitches to people who have either stayed here before or visited our park in person before booking. A seasonal pitch is a long term commitment and it is important that you make sure that our park is the right place for you. We would like to meet you so that we can show you around and let you see your pitch before you make a reservation. You are welcome to call at any time.

The cost of a seasonal pitch is based on use by up to four adults or two adults and up to three children per night. Extra people will be charged camping fees applying at the time.

Sub-letting is not permitted but your friends and family are welcome to use your caravan. We would ask you, however, to make them aware of our park rules, particularly our 'no dog' and 'quiet' policies.

You may hook up to our water supply but a ball valve system, in good working order, and a screw-on/snap-on connection must be used to avoid wastage.

Our 10 amp electricity supply is metered and charged for at the end of the season (approximately 12-13p per unit).

All facilities on the park are available including free showers.

Hard-standings are all approximately 7m wide and vary from 7.5m to 8.5m in length.

Our pitches are constructed of local slate shale which is smooth and fairly flat so will not harm your awning ground-sheets. We kindly ask parents and guardians to ensure that their children do not throw it onto the grassed areas as this makes mowing difficult and dangerous.

Awnings may be left in place through the season as long as they are safely secured in case of severe weather. Awnings must not protrude onto the grassed areas and tents (other than children's play tents) are not allowed.

Seasonal pitches are for holiday use only and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Agreement is for one season at a time and all caravans must be removed at the end of the season. There will be no reduction for arriving late or leaving early.

When you are quite satisfied that this is the place for you we will ask you to fill a booking form and pay a deposit of £500 to secure your pitch. Cheques payable to T M & A L Roberts. Balance to be paid by 1 April 2009.
